1. Agreement
By purchasing a package, paying an invoice, or submitting a project request on 456seo.com, you agree to these Terms of Service between you (“Client”) and 456seo (“we”, “us”).
2. Services
We provide digital marketing and web services, which may include:
- SEO retainers (local, growth, AI + SEO)
- Website design and development packages
- Editorial link building and citation packages
- Website care / maintenance plans
Exact deliverables are defined by the package description on our Pricing page or a written quote.
3. Global delivery
Services are delivered remotely to clients worldwide. Communication is primarily in English via email and scheduled calls when included. Client is responsible for providing timely access (CMS, Analytics, Search Console, brand assets).
4. Fees & payment
- Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
- Retainers are billed monthly in advance.
- One-time packages under $1,000 are generally due in full before work starts.
- Website packages are typically 50% deposit and 50% before final handoff.
- Late invoices may pause delivery until payment clears.
5. Term & cancellation
SEO and link retainers are recommended for a minimum of 3 months. After the initial period (if any), either party may cancel with 14 days’ written notice before the next billing date. Deposits for started website work are non-refundable.
6. No ranking guarantees
Search engines and AI platforms change frequently. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue. We commit to professional execution, ethical methods, and transparent reporting of the work completed.
7. Link building policy
- We prioritize editorial placements and real sites with meaningful traffic.
- If a delivered link is removed within 30 days of going live, we will replace it once with a comparable placement when commercially reasonable.
- We do not promise “Google-safe forever” outcomes for any off-page work.
8. Revisions & scope
Package revision limits are listed in each offer. Work outside scope is billed as a change request at our standard hourly rate (quoted before work begins), typically $75–$100/hour.
9. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information and brand guidelines
- Approve content/assets within a reasonable time
- Ensure you have rights to materials you provide
- Maintain hosting/domain access unless included in care plans
10. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, Client owns final website deliverables and content created specifically for the Client, excluding third-party tools, stock assets, and our internal processes/templates.
11. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep non-public business information confidential, except when disclosure is required by law or needed to perform the services (e.g. contractors under similar confidentiality).
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the fees paid for the specific package giving rise to the claim in the prior 3 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where 456seo is operated, unless a written agreement states otherwise. Disputes should first be addressed in good faith by email.
