Privacy
We collect what we need to reply, deliver a package, and see which pages people open. We do not sell personal data.
What we store
- Account name, email, and a password hash if you create a login.
- Briefs, link-report requests, support tickets, and orders (plan, amount, status).
- Brand-check previews you save to an account.
- A session cookie so you stay signed in. It is httpOnly and, on the live site, secure.
- Cookieless page counts: path and day only. No IP address is stored in that counter.
Who else processes data
- Stripe for card checkout and the billing portal.
- NOWPayments for crypto checkout.
- Resend for email we send you.
- Cloudflare Turnstile on public forms, to block automated submissions.
- Optional analytics (Plausible or Google) only if those keys are set on the server. The first-party page counter runs either way.
How long
Orders, tickets, and briefs stay while we operate the service, so we can deliver work and answer questions. Ask us to delete an account or a lead email and we will remove it unless we must keep a payment record.
